George Rabe earned his Real Estate license in 1992. With a bachelor's degree from The College of Environmental Design with a major in Architecture from The University of California, Berkeley, and a General Contractor's License from the State of California, George puts all his expertise in homes and land together  to stand head and shoulders above his peers in terms of real estate expertise. With vast training in negotiation, contracts and dislosures, George strives to make the process as easy and pleasant as possible for the client. Using state-of-the-art services and emphasizing communication throughout the transaction, one of George's main objectives is to provide clients with the information they need to make the best possible real estate decisions.

A lifelong (53 year) Los Gatos/ Mountain resident, George and his children have gone through and graduated from some of the top Los Gatos Schools including Daves Avenue Elementary, Loma Prieta Elementary, Raymond J. Fisher Middle, C.T. English Middle, and Los Gatos High School. George currently owns and resides on 72 acres off the Old Santa Cruz Highway  in a completely restored, historically famous home formerly known as a Wells Fargo Gold Stop (1870-1890), a French restaurant (1920-1945) known as The Chateau Boussy, and most recently the famous nightclub,The Chateau Liberte (1965-1975). He lives only 3 miles from his real estate office, Summit Properties.

George specializes in both Santa Clara County and Santa Cruz County homes and land. He specializes in the Los Gatos Mountains, Los Gatos (downtown), Monte Sereno, Saratoga, San Jose, Scotts Valley, Bonny Doon, Boulder Creek, Brookdale, Ben Lomond, Felton, Lompico- Zayante, East and West Santa Cruz , Capitola, Live Oak, Soquel, Seacliff, Rio Del Mar/ Seascape, Aptos, La Selva Beach, & Corralitos. George has helped many people relocate from  Santa Clara areas to various Santa Cruz  areas (and back again for some). He also has extensive expertise with "first time buyers" and "out-of-town" sellers.

George represents repeat clients and their referrals throughout the above areas. His interest in the critical components of real estate transactions and the legal ramifications of every property sale inspired his pursuit of the industry's highest professional designations. He  assists with everything from pre-sale inspections to preparing the home or land for sale, coordinating repairs and improvements and determining marketing strategy.
